HANDLING AND APPLICATION
PREPARATION:
1. Clean surface with SEM Solve or Zero VOC Surface Cleaner. Remove any loose paint, rust, oil and grease.
2. Blow off and clean again with SEM Solve or Zero VOC Surface Cleaner.

APPLICATION:
AEROSOL:
Distance: 6-8"
Coats: 2-3 medium wet
Flash time: 3-5 minutes
Top Coat time: 30 minutes
Note:
If clogging develops, remove spray button with a twisting motion and clean with XXX Gun Cleaner or material
compliant with VOC regulations in your area. Do not stick pin or other object into can. Gently replace spray button
with top of can and spray button pointed away from you.
After each use, turn can upside down and spray several seconds to clear spray tip.
BULK:
1. Attach Low VOC Rubberized Undercoating to Economy Coating Gun or Premium Undercoat Gun.
2. Using 35-40 psi, apply 2-3 medium coats, allowing 3-5 minutes flash time between coats.
Note:
Clean gun immediately after use with solvent compliant in your area. Final texture, flash times, and dry times are
affected by gun distance, air pressure, temperature, and humidity.
STORAGE:
Rubberized Undercoating and Low VOC Rubberized Undercoating should be stored in a cool, dry place with
adequate ventilation away from heat, sparks and flames. The shelf life for Rubberized Undercoating and Low
VOC Rubberized Undercoating is 3 years when stored under normal conditions.
